At Guardian Primary Care we utilize our trusted customer relationship with PatientAlly software to bring our patients a reliable & transparent patient portal platform. On the patient portal, users can access patient health records, pay their medical bills, direct message their Provider team and much more!
When patients schedule their first appointment they will be asked for their email address. This will be utilized to send enrollment instructions from Patient Allly to create their account if they are first time users. if you already have a Patient Ally account, you can login & access your portal by clicking the link below. Once logged in, please be sure to select your Provider from the Provider selection menu.
